Our Signature Sausage-Dry rubbed and slow smoked to provide the moist taste of oven baked sausage.
Award Winning Texas Style Beef Brisket – Dry rubbed with our special blend of spices and slow smoked for several hours over hickory and apple wood.
Chicken – Our chicken is slow smoked as leg quarters or half chickens (customer preference).

A 50% non-refundable deposit shall be required to reserve a specific date. We will need an accurate guest count 7 days prior to the event. Food will be provided rain or shine. Buffet service will be provided for 1.5 hours. Final payment is required 3 days prior to the event. 7% sales tax and 1% food tax will be added to all orders.
