Finger Licking Good Sauce

I just have to say that your barbeque sauce is the best our family has ever had. It’s so good that I will warm up some and get sliced bread and just sit there and dip and eat, like a meal! Pathetic, I know, but it is so delicious, I can’t help myself. Our 3 yr old dips his fingers in it and licks it right off like it’s candy and my husband, well that’s all he talks about when we discuss BBQ! When we hear Alex is bringing BBQ to my parents’ house, we travel all the way from Enfield, CT to Coventry, RI for some fantastic barbeque and not even think twice about the 2 hour ride!

Big Boned BBQ Rocks!

There’s people who grill and or barbeque… then there’s guys who KNOW what they’re doing. You guys definitely KNOW what you’re doing. We had a great time at our daughter’s first birthday party. Your beef brisket along with the pulled pork was excellent (very tasty). The Mac & Cheese was AWESOME and the cole slaw was seriously the best slaw EVER! Every one of the guests commented on what a wonderful job your team did. Thanks for making our daughter’s first birthday a day to remember.

Yummy BBQ

I just want to let you know that your BBQ was unbelievable! I had some at a summer party that you catered and it was so good that I found myself craving it for the next week. I enjoy cooking and know how difficult it can be to get perfectly-cooked meat so that it just falls off the bone—but you guys have mastered it! There is no one else I would hire for a top-quality BBQ feast!
